Shades of Ripley
This is the second time I photographed Shades of Ripley, first time was the first outing with the Canon R6 and I hadn't got the settings quite right and didn't do the band justice. This gig was at the Six Six Bar in Cambridge and I managed to get a few i was happy with. Shooting wide open at F2.8, auto ISO and shutter speeds between 1/160 - 1/500. I used the EF 24-70 and the EF 70-200 lenses, both of which perform faultlessly with the Canon adapter on the front of the camera.
I have switched editing software and am now using Adobe Lightroom. It is without a doubt a very comprehensive and sophisticated tool but I am not overly happy with the way it catalogues the images, I prefer something a little simpler.
